Farewells Continue...

Yesterday we ran errands much of the day, each of us making several loops around Kerrville. After packing a few boxes, we stopped to visit fellow Ranch grandparents Dean and Susi Mitchell to see their new Kerrville home and to give our last hugs.

then we headed out into the country to the lovely home of our friends Pat and Katie, which was built almost entirely by Pat. Our small group Bible Study friends treated us to a delicious farewell dinner. These are friends we've met with 2-3 times a month for the pat 5-1/2 years, sharing our joys and heartaches, and praying faithfully for one another. We decided that Curt and I will continue to join the meetings via FaceTime from here on out. We certainly can't imagine missing out on all the action!

Such dear, dear friends...We're going to miss you all!
